The purposes for which this Association is organized are to:
1. Stimulate and promote science teaching to students of culturally diverse backgrounds to motivate such students to consider science-related careers.

2. Explore and promote the improvement of science curriculum, educational systems and teaching methods.

3. To recruit and involve teachers of all under represented groups in science education.

4. To initiate and engage in activities and programs that improve culturally responsive science education.

 

The objectives of this organization shall be to:

• Stimulate and promote science teaching to students of culturally diverse backgrounds.
• Motivate such students to consider science-related careers.
• Explore and promote the improvement of science curricula, educational systems and teaching methods in school to assist such stimulations.
• Recruit and involve teachers of students of culturally diverse backgrounds in science education.
• Encourage teachers to initiate and engage in activities and programs that improve the science education of culturally diverse students.

 

 

This organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
